Service Fee: A flat fee of $5,000 USD is due upon execution of this agreement and commencement of search activities.
Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon signing this agreement, before search activities begin. Payment can be made via check, wire transfer, or ACH.
90-Day Replacement Guarantee: If the placed candidate voluntarily terminates or is terminated for cause within 90 days of their start date, Lemmik Recruiting will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.
Scope of Work: Lemmik Recruiting will use its AI-powered platform and network to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates for the specified position. This includes candidate sourcing, initial screening, and presentation of top candidates.
Timeline: Lemmik Recruiting will present initial candidates within 5-7 business days of agreement execution. Additional candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis until position is filled or client terminates the search.
Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to provide timely feedback on candidates, participate in interviews, and make hiring decisions within reasonable timeframes to ensure search momentum.
Confidentiality: All information shared will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of this search engagement.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 48 hours written notice. No refund of fees will be provided after search activities have commenced.
